We bring a complete care experience directly to you by utilizing targeted assessment tools and professional therapeutic equipment. Every mobile session is fully equipped with a portable plinth (massage table), handheld dynamometers for objective strength tracking, mobilization belts, and progressive resistance training gear. Our focused treatments include:

• Comprehensive Orthopedic Care: Hands-on manual therapy (including myofascial and trigger point release), joint mobilizations, post-surgical recovery protocols, and targeted therapeutic exercise for acute and chronic pain relief. Dry needling is also available for Idaho residents.
  
  

• Vestibular Rehabilitation: Focused treatment for dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and inner ear disorders (including BPPV and labyrinthitis). We utilize diagnostic infrared video goggles for accurate nystagmus visualization and effective canalith repositioning maneuvers.
  
  

• Functional Strength & Balance Training: Specialized fall prevention programs, gait training, and mobility exercises designed specifically for older adults to reduce fall risks, rebuild confidence, and support independent living.

The Mobile Outpatient Advantage

Unlike traditional home health care, ROAM operates entirely as a mobile outpatient clinic. This means there are no homebound requirements to qualify for our services; however, you cannot currently be receiving active home health agency services under a home health plan of care. Because we are fully mobile, we offer the ultimate flexibility for busy professionals and active individuals—we can treat you at home, at your office, or even during a lunch break, saving you from taking time off work and commuting to a clinic. You receive high-level, comprehensive therapy combined with the dedicated focus of a single therapist for your entire session, all completely at your convenience.
